Wedding Photography, Engagement Sessions, Senior Shoot, Studio Sessions, and Product Photography
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- It is understood that any and all proofs, sample prints and negatives remain the property of Lenssense Photography, and they may be used for advertising, display or any purpose thought proper by Lenssense Photography.
- Although all care will be taken with the negatives and photographs taken at the wedding, Lenssense Photography limits liability for any loss, damage or failure to deliver pictures for any reason, to return all deposits made.
- It is understood that no other photographer, amateur or professional, shall be allowed to photograph at the wedding while Lenssense Photography is working, and that any breach of this agreement will constitute a reason for non-completion of the job with no liability to Lenssense Photography and loss of initial deposit by the signing party.
- Upon receipt of the initial deposit, Lenssense Photography reserves the time and date agreed upon, and will not make other reservations for that time and date. For this reason, all deposits are non-refundable, even if the date is changed or the wedding is cancelled for any reason.
- With packages, a deposit of 1 third is due upon signature of the contract between Lenssense Photography, with 1 third to be paid on the date of the wedding and the remainder to be paid upon receipt of the pictures and album.
